Terms and Conditions


OM-SE.com is operated and owned by OMSE AB, registered at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce with organisation number 559239-9595, Grönbrinksgatan 8, 117 59 Stockholm, Sweden. You can contact OM-SE by sending email to customerservice@om-se.com.

Any contracts concluded between us using these Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute, which may arise in connection with our contract, including its existence or validity, will be brought before a competent court in Sweden. As a consumer, you may bring proceedings against us in the courts for the place where you are domiciled.

Sales and Payment

Orders placements

Orders placed on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day. We reserve the right to cancel the purchase in one of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs including shipment:

Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified.

There is an inadvertent error on the website, such as a payment error or the like.

We have reason to believe that you are under the age of 18.

Your order is placed with the purpose of committing fraud or placed in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activities.

When placing an order through the OM-SE website, the order is a binding offer to purchase products in accordance with the OM-SE Terms & Conditions. You will, prior to confirming your order, have the opportunity to correct or delete the products you have placed in your shopping cart, and you may change the information provided in connection with your purchase. Your order will not be shipped before you have pressed “confirm order” and is not binding before then.

Order confirmation

OM-SE sends you an electronic Order Confirmation, which constitutes the acceptance of your offer to purchase. The order confirmation contains your order number, name, delivery address, specification of products ordered and the total price including any shipping costs. OM-SE stores a digital copy of all Order Confirmations, but we recommend that you save your Order Confirmation in your files, as it contains important information regarding your purchase. At the same time, the Order Confirmation is expedient to have later, should you have complaints about the purchase.

The final agreement is entered when the Order Confirmation is sent to you from OM-SE. The agreement comprises the products listed in the Order Confirmation as well as the shipping costs if applicable. Once you receive the Order Confirmation, you should go over it and immediately contact OM-SE at customerservice@om-se.com, if you believe that it contains faults or discrepancies. What is stated in the Order Confirmation is applicable unless you make objections immediately after receipt of the Order Confirmation since OM-SE will in most cases ship the products immediately after sending the Order Confirmation.  

Subscription Service

The subscription discount only applies to reoccurring orders. If cancelling a subscription before the second delivery, the discounted amount on the first order will be charged retroactively/upon cancellation.

Prices and shipping costs may change from time to time. You are bound by prices applicable at the time of Subscription Applications unless we notify you of prices and you did not send us a notice within 60 days of this date that you do not accept such changed terms (then the Subscription will end immediately). We reserve the right to have a credit report made on you.

Both parts may, without stating your reasons, cancel a Subscription for termination before the end of the applicable subscription period. If the subscription does not end within this time, it will be automatically renewed. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 5 working days notice period without any extra costs.

You cancel your Subscription through your account or by emailing us at customerservice@om-se.com. Your subscription must be cancelled no later than 5 working days before your next delivery if you do not want the next subscription delivery.

If an item runs out, we reserve the right not to deliver any item for the current frequency. In that case, there will also be no charge.

Subscription prices are exempt from additional promos/discounts.

Order status

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation via email. This email serves as your receipt and it also provides you with a tracking link, which enables you to follow your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time you receive the Shipping Confirmation before the link is active. You are also welcome to contact us via email at customerservice@om-se.com if you need help localising your order. Please include the Order Number in the email headline.

Cancellation of order

Rejecting to receive the shipment or sending the products back without informing OM-SE is not considered as order cancellation and a refund cannot be given.

OM-SE may cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered product. You will be informed if such a situation arises and any payment or reservation made using a payment method will be returned/cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Some products do not include a right to cancel, or you may lose your right to cancel.

Payment method and prices

All prices are in SEK and include VAT but are exclusive shipping costs. The price of an OM-SE product is the price quoted at www.om-se.com at the time of placing the order. We make reservations for misprints and sold out products. All prices for products at www.om-se.com are applicable until changed.

The shipping price, if any, is stated in checkout as well as the total price of your order, just as it will appear on the Order Confirmation emailed to you.

VISA, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Klarna can be used for purchasing. Payment can also be made with a value code or gift card issued by us (according to the terms of the voucher or gift card).

OM-SE will draw the amount from your account, but not until the product is ready for shipment.

Once the transaction has been carried through, it will appear from your account. When paying, your information is sent directly to OM-SE’s payment provider. OM-SE has no access to your payment details.   

Shipping & Returns

Shipping method

OM-SE is currently shipping to all European countries with PostNord / standard ground shipping. If you live outside Europe, we can arrange shipping upon request, except to North America, please contact us at hello@om-se.com or via chat.

Delivery times are estimates and the usual shipping time is between 2 and 6 weekdays from the day you receive the Order Confirmation from us via email.

If shipping costs for your purchase apply, these will appear in checkout and in the Order Confirmation and will be charged together with your payment for the products purchased. Free shipping thresholds are applied upon checkout.

Separate deliveries

If your order consists of multiple products, we reserve the rights to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be necessary if certain goods are delayed or out of stock at the time of ordering. We will ensure you are informed if your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged with additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.

Return Policy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your order from om-se.com. However, if you are not, as a consumer, you may by law regret within 14 days (“the withdrawal period”) from the day you receive the items. You exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us within the period of cancellation and, at your own expense, returning the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us that you regret your purchase.

Please contact our customer service at customerservice@om-se.com for further instructions. Please include the Order Number in the email headline, and specify the products you would like to return in the email.

Returned items must be unopened, unused and in its original condition due to health and hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are non-saleable.

We always recommend that you try a new product on a small area of skin (for example on the hand) before use to see if you get any kind of reaction.

When returning an item, you should make sure that it is securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package/items until received by us. Keep the receipt from the courier and if applicable the track and trace number. Please be aware that shipping costs will not be covered by OM-SE if you return an item.

OM-SE will refund the amount of your purchase (a return handling fee of 6€ will be deducted from the refund) once the products have been received and processed by our Customer Service team.

We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your OM-SE account or future orders being refused. If this applies to your account, we will be in touch.

Duty of inspection and defects

Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including rules regarding defects. This means that you can either have a faulty product repaired or replaced, receive a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

When you receive your OM-SE package, please ensure to immediately examine the shipment in order to establish any faulty/defective products or incorrect items.

If your package has been damaged during transportation, we encourage you to not accept the shipment and contact OM-SE customer service right away.

If you experience any faulty/defective products or incorrect items when you open your package, we also kindly ask you to contact OM-SE customer service right away at customerservice@om-se.com.

In the case of defects or imperfections, you may send your complaint to OM-SE before the product’s expiration date. However, we encourage you to make your complaint in a reasonable time after having discovered the defect/imperfection. 

Complaints procedure

If a product is faulty/defective or OM-SE has delivered incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service via email: customerservice@om-se.com. Please include the Order Number in the email headline. 

When contacting Customer Service, you will be asked to provide to fill out a customer claims form regarding the issue.

Once our Customer Service team has received and processed the returned faulty/defective product or incorrect item, you will be notified via email. You will receive the refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs within 14 days from receipt of items by OM-SE, and to the same account as originally used for the purchase.

OM-SE reserves the right to reject complaints on products, which have not been used as intended or handled correctly. We do not accept complaints if more than 20% of the product has been used. When you visit om-se.com we collect information about all visits to our website. We use this information to improve your user experience, evaluate the use of the individual elements of om-se.com and to support our marketing.

The collection of personal customer information on om-se.com takes place within the framework of existing legislation and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation.

om-se.com automatically detects the IP address and data when you move between different pages and services on the website. If you log in or sign up for our newsletter, we record this too, so we can make it easier for you next time.

In this context, we use various analysis tools such as Google Analytics, which assist us in collecting statistics on the use of om-se.com to create a better experience for you.

Personal data collected

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. 

The personal data provided to OM-SE in connection with your purchase at om-se.com (name, address, email etc.) and any other information you may give OM-SE will be treated confidential and will be used to dispatch your order, for statistical purposes and in connection with other forms of contacting you. OM-SE does not collect information about you from other sources. 

Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us. It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. 

If you fail to provide personal data either requested by law or by an agreement we have with you, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

How we use your personal data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

Fulfilment of orders. Processing your data where it is necessary for the fulfilment of your order.

Legitimate interest. The interest of conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the most secure experience. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you and your rights before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests. 

Marketing. We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing and advertising. You can choose to subscribe or unsubscribe to our marketing emails at any time. 

We may use your profile data to form a view on what we think you may want or need, or what may be of interest to you. This is how we decide which products, services and offers may be relevant for you.

You will only receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us or purchased goods or services from us if you specifically opted in and provided us with your details. 

We will not share your personal data with any company outside of OM-SE for marketing purposes.

Opting out

You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time. By following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or by emailing customerservice@om-se.com at any time. 

When you opt-out of receiving these marketing messages, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of a product/service purchase, product or service experience or other transactions. 

Cookies

In order to make the procedure for your future purchases at www.OM-SE.com easier, www.OM-SE.com applies so-called cookies. These are small files, which are stored on your own computer. This implies that you do not need to enter your address the next time you purchase products at www.om-se.com.

We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements.

Among other things, third-party cookies are used to gather statistics on your visits to om-se.com; here we use cookies, for example, to know which sites you visit and how long you spend on them. Timeframe for data storage

We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in these Terms & Conditions unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, for legal, tax or regulatory reasons, or other legitimate and lawful business purposes.

In some circumstances, we may anonymize your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

Your legal rights

If you want to access the information we hold about you, please contact us at: customerservice@om-se.com. If incorrect data has been registered, or you have other objections, you can contact the same place. You can look at what information about you is registered and you can object to the registration under the Personal Data Act.

As an EU customer, you are entitled to access your collected data categories (article 15) and you may object to the registration pursuant to the relevant rules in the EU legislation General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Upon appropriate request, we will update, change or remove personal information that we control with reservation against violating any legislation.

We can reject requests that are unreasonable repeated, demand disproportional high technical intervention (e.g. development of new system or changing existing process substantially), affect another individual’s personal data, or requests that are extremely impractical (e.g. information from back-up systems). Any queries regarding this should be directed to customer service via email customerservice@om-se.com.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days. Occasionally it may take us longer than two month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable admin fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

Protection of personal data

Legislation requires your personal information to be kept secure and confidential. We store your personal information on servers with high levels of security, which are located in controlled facilities, and our security is checked regularly to determine whether our user information is handled securely and always taking your rights as a user into account. However, we cannot 100% guarantee security for data transmissions over the internet. This means that there may be a risk that other unauthorised parties gain access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. Thus, your personal information is submitted at your own risk.

Personal information is deleted or made anonymous continuously as the purpose for which it was collected ends.

The rapid development of the internet means that changes in our processing of personal data may be necessary. We thus reserve the right to update and amend these guidelines for the processing of personal data. If we do, we will of course correct the "last updated" date at the bottom of the page. In case of substantial changes, we will notify you in the form of a visible notice on our websites.

You may complain about the treatment of information and data relating to you. Complaints are submitted to the local Data Protection Agency.

Brand name, product design, product names, logos, and titles that appear on the website are trademarks or trade names and are property of OM-SE. Any reproduction of such trademarks or trade names constitutes an infringement of the owner’s rights and is strictly prohibited unless it is for your own private use.

All contents included on om-se.com, such as, but not limited to, design, text, graphics, logos, video and audio clips, images, button icons and the compilation thereof, software compilations, source coding and software, are the property of OM-SE or our suppliers. The contents are protected by Swedish and international copyright laws. OM-SE or our content suppliers own the copyright to the above mentioned.

The contents of the website may only be copied for your own private use. Any other use of the information and material on the website, such as reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance is strictly prohibited. You may therefore not - besides your own private use - copy, display, download, distribute, alter, modify, reproduce, republish or rephrase information, text, documents or other material from the website without the explicit consent from OM-SE or our suppliers.
