What challenges do women face during menopause?

Menopause is a natural part of life, but it can come with many physical and mental challenges. As a driven and conscious woman, I understand the importance of holistic self-care. It’s not just about managing symptoms but embracing the entire experience and using it as an opportunity for personal growth.

 

 

You mention self-care. What role does self-care play during perimenopause and menopause?

Self-care is absolutely key. It’s about more than just outer beauty—it’s about creating space for oneself, listening to your body, and nurturing your mind and soul. Practices like yoga, meditation, and mindfulness help me find inner peace and clarity. During this stage, I’ve come to realize that self-care is essential for maintaining balance and well-being.

 

How did you come across OM-SE, and what drew you to the brand?
